ClaimUsdt is a Web3 promote-to-earn platform on the BNB Smart Chain network. You hold USDT in your own wallet, complete optional tasks, and earn rewards paid in USDT directly to your wallet on chain.

By connecting a wallet to this site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter contracts. You confirm you're not on any sanctions list and that using this site isn't illegal where you are. We may refuse service or close accounts at our discretion if we believe a user is in breach.

Your wallet stays under your control. We never hold your funds, ask for your seed phrase, or take custody of your USDT. The on-chain allowance you grant during activation is a proof of holding — it is not used to move your tokens.

You're responsible for keeping your wallet, seed phrase, and device secure. We can't recover lost wallets or reverse on-chain transactions.

Rewards are paid on chain after a 24-hour review window. The review window exists so we can detect and cancel fraudulent or gamed activity before payout. Rewards that pass review are sent directly to your wallet — no separate withdrawal step.

Reward rates, tier multipliers, daily limits, holding thresholds, and commission percentages are administered through project settings and can be updated at any time. The settings in effect at the moment a reward is earned are the ones applied.

If you violate these Terms, ongoing or queued rewards may be forfeited.

Promotional tasks (shares, retweets, joins) require honest, public posts that reference our handles or hashtag as instructed by the task description. Deleted posts, private accounts, posts from suspicious or bot-like accounts, and any kind of automated spam are not valid task completions and will be rejected.

Submitting the same task multiple times within its cooldown, creating multiple accounts, or using automated tooling to game tasks is a breach of these Terms.

You can invite others using your unique referral link. When people you invite (and their downline, up to three levels deep) earn rewards, a percentage is credited to your account. The percentages and tier rules are documented in the product and can be updated in project settings.

Self-referral cycles, sybil rings (one person controlling many accounts), incentivising friends with promises outside of what the platform pays, and any form of referral abuse will result in commission clawback and account suspension.

• Create multiple accounts or sybil networks.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automation to interact with the site or complete tasks.
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or attack the platform's fraud-detection, rate limits, or smart contracts.
• Submit fake, deleted, or private social posts as task proof.
• Sell, buy, or transfer accounts. Accounts are tied to your wallet and aren't transferable.
• Use the site if you're prohibited by sanctions or local law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms or our anti-fraud policies. Pending, approved, and scheduled rewards on a suspended account may be cancelled. We aim to be fair — if we get it wrong, contact support and we'll review.

This is a Web3 product. Risks you accept by using it include: blockchain network failures and reorgs; smart-contract bugs; wallet-side issues outside our control; volatility in the value of USDT; and the possibility that the project may pause, restructure, or shut down rewards in response to economic, legal, or technical conditions.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither ClaimUsdt nor its operators, contributors, or affiliates are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost USDT, lost data, or lost goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if we've been advised of the possibility.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
